Youth Volunteer Team Conducts First Community Visit in Lat Krabang

Faculty members and students from the Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME) and the Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design (MSDA), Assumption University, conducted an initial community visit to the Community Enterprise for Agricultural Product and Material Processing in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, under the MHESI Youth Volunteer Project.

The visit aimed to assess the community’s current situation, identify key challenges and pain points, and explore opportunities for sustainable development. Through discussions and site observations, students gained first-hand insights into the community enterprise’s operations, products, and development needs. Community members also shared their experiences and conducted a workshop demonstrating the production of eco-friendly planting pots made from agricultural materials.

The information gathered during this visit will serve as the foundation for developing projects and recommendations that support the community’s long-term growth and sustainability.
