Leading the Way: ABLE and TED Fund Forge New Paths in Entrepreneurship
On July 25, 2024, Assumption Business Leading Entrepreneurship (ABLE), Assumption University of Thailand, represented by Dr. Akechai Judkrue, Director, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Metta Ongkasuwan, Manager, participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the TED Fund.
The ceremony, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, marked a significant collaboration between ABLE and TED Fund. This partnership is set to drive innovative entrepreneurship and business leadership initiatives.
In recognition of its excellence, ABLE received the prestigious Science Research and Innovation (SRI) Award from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). The award was presented by Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
This accolade highlights ABLE’s commitment to fostering research and innovation within the academic and entrepreneurial communities. the Technology and Innovation-Based Enterprise Development Fund (TED Fund), a strategic initiative aimed at supporting technology-driven entrepreneurship within the university community. This fund will provide students, faculty, and alumni with the necessary resources to bring their innovative ideas to market. The TED Fund will offer various forms of assistance, including financial investment, mentorship programs, and access to a network of industry professionals and investors.
