(2020) An exploration of creativity traits among ICT lecturers and students in Thailand, Journal of Education for Business, 95:6, 408-418, DOI: 10.1080/08832323.2019.1664374
Abstract:
This is an exploratory classroom project involving lecturers and students in an ICT degree program at a university in Thailand. Twenty creativity traits derived from neuroscience are used as a framework to examine and compare: (a) the importance that lecturers assign to these traits as attributes of students; and (b) the extent to which students believe that these traits are applicable to them. The findings are expected to be of interest to educators and individuals concerned with the relationships among creativity, innovation, and competitive advantage at organizational or national levels.
